1.13.2008 today there was a fire.
at my house. you must be wondering: -did my stuff get burnt? -did my house get burnt? -am i dead? -did my textbooks get burnt and i dont have to go to school anymore?(i wish) NO. my stuff didnt get burnt. No. it wasnt actually at my house anyway NO. obvoiusly im not dead???? NO. as if. dream on, joan. hahas. anyway we saw that little red car-fireengine thing coming out from the road which leads to the thing that looks like the airport. and we were wondering what would happen, cause no shelter. like: what happens if a bird poos on them? how about a durian dropping on their head? lol. so yeah. we were speculating about rubbish, then we went up the road where the engine came frm and reached home. and we saw the engine in front of us and realised that wow, it was turning into our hdb estate. and we were wondering who was on fire. and i pointed out that fire engines dont only put fires out. they rescue kittens out of trees and stuff like that. then we saw that the fire engine stopped at our block. we went out and saw smoke coming out from the top floors. so we thought the ppl on the 17 floor got fire and was trying to remember if anyone we knew lived on the 17 floor. whcih we didnt. then we saw smoke coming out from the rubbish chute area on the other floors. then the firemen opened up the rubbish chute and lo and behold! A FIRE. HAHHAHHAH it was small. compared to the tv ones. so they just sprayspray then no more. quite fast lah. but still it was quite cool. last time also got similar incident. my mom went out to throw rubbish then smoke come out so she throw a basin of water down the chute and call fireengine. we didnt actually go down and see it. ah well. end of fire-related rubbish. 1.10.2008 homework is sian:(so much bio journal:(haizz.form teacher/history-ms lee: nice, i suppose. a bit like mdm ro.clet/hcl-chenlaoshi: so smiley and happy. cheerful. cute. nice. doesnt know my name. hardly knows anyone's name.:Denglish/lit-msleow: so funny, dynamic, laughs a lot. crazylaughter. nice and a good teacher. captivating.:D:D:Dmath-mshoo: also very funny, sounds like aunty judy. looks a bit like too. very funny, cracks crazy jokes.:)geog-mrsko: interesting enough. geog is always interesting anyway.:]

1.04.2008 wow. this blog is so seriously dead. must write about school!!! the 1st 3days.
[scene fades with a whooshing sound. fuzzy pictures moves into focus. flashback to wed...] 1st day -got to school -stood there and stoned, tried to look for jocie/vic/christabella's name -couldnt find it, went to parade sq. -couldnt find any sec2s, panic. -saw ppl at koi pond, thot i had to go there. -saw simone and maddy standing at the staff room there with rest of class! theyre both in my class so yayyayyay!!! -had pledge taking, one of the vp talktalk. welcome to school blahblah. -go gym 4 hoy address -did some goal setting crap -go hall for cca talk by ms goh. stoned. -recess -went back to class. ft: ms lee. clet: mrs tan=chenlaoshi -admin stuff. quite sian -nothing much -house meeting. learnt some lame cheers.:p. -went back to class tried to find s and m. -went down again, met them on the way down. -went up again. -went down again. -go home. took 66. me and m did cube 4 times total:D 2nd day -went to sch -jocie pounced onto me for some reason. she's in 110:) -went to class, s and m there already. as usual.:D theyre early ppl. unlike me. i dun really have a choice anyway. -ice breakers, self intro, appointed class position. temp. arranged tables got grps -simone is vice chair! maddy is secretary and i am media resc. again. like last year.:) i like it. -recess -did something. cant remember what. -discipline talk by pb. supersuper sian. so borrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeddddddd -went home, took some bus with s and m. changed at phpps. todayyyyyyyyyyyyy -went to sch -went to class -s and m there. duh. -go parade sq, tessa gave a talk. kept looking at her script. the new pb announcement person was kinda flustered. -go back to class -start lesson-hcl lao shi very nice, very funny:)) -bi0-mr desouza. nice. talk a lot of singlish, very funny -recess -philo-got ms ong!!!!!!!!!!!! yayyayyayyayyay!!! had a discussion about good/bad discussion. one bad pt was that the discussion shouldnt be dominated by 1/2 ppl. which it was. me and deenie talk the most. of smamtha also. grace and hilary gave some idea. nut still -math!!!!! ms hoo. shes sooooooooooooooo nice!!!!!!! she's like the nicest math teacher since mrs lee in p3. and nicer. and soooo much funnier. tells veryvery random stories i think i suddenly like math. got to do with the teacher.:D open with her age. whihc i like:D -lunch-had sandwiches and milo. MILO ROCKS!!!!!!!! -assembly(principal address) stoned most of it. mrs hoo (this is the new principal)showed us a video that was title priorities but had absolutely nothing to do with that at all. -gave back newly printed progress reports -my chinese improve by 2 marks!!!!!!!!!! -went home, met ruby&joelle on 105 theyre like me and s, we go back to primary school. like old-before-gep pri sch.:] -took 171. me and m did cube 4 times again. this time we had less time though. but we still did it!!!yay! -changed at phpps. obviously. ohkay. that took me half an hour. my hands are DEADDDDDDD........................ joan
